Global Director of IFM services for a Global Healthcare Company. Led a team of 320+ facilities, engineering, procurement and support personnel across 6 countries in the North America, South America, EMEA and APAC regions. The portfolio consisted of 480 sites (18M square feet) supporting the client's global and regional headquarters and administrative, operations, call centers, data center facilities, pharmacy and infusion centers. Our team was accountable for delivering strategic integrated facilities management services - facilities management, engineering, centralized facilities and operations, procurement and incident management operations support - in partnership with our JLL project delivery team, finance, occupancy planning, move management, lease administration, mergers & acquisition (M&A), sustainability and energy services and transaction services teams. We developed a global strategic business plan in which we delivered annual operating cost savings of >$3M and a consolidated total of >$20M on integrated savings and productivity gains over 8 years, while exceeding all operational and financial key performance metrics.Led the team and IFM group, in partnership with our client, in navigating the COVID-19 global pandemic impact to building operations & occupancy, by developing programs that focused on health compliance, safety, building services, training and cost management.
