Tom began his career in the industry as a self-employed contractor working for nearly a decade in both residential and commercial construction helping a local general contractor in the building and construction of some of the nicest residential subdivisions North of Interstate 90 in Ashtabula County. Upon the housing downtown in 2009, Tom turned to other avenues of self-employment by co-owning a local retail business in North Kingsville specializing in outdoor power equipment and sporting goods where he gained highly valuable experience in sales and customer service. His enjoyment of helping and interacting with people as they seek personalized solutions as well as his own passion for the housing industry, has led him to the exciting field of real estate sales.
