Tom C. is a Communications Lead – Major Infrastructure and Pipeline at National Highways. Colleagues describe him as "Tom Conroy has worked with me since early 2007. Tom is extremely clever, hard working and someone who wins friends easily. During our time together he has been responsible for handling casework, interviewing constituents and in turn taking up their problems in a sympathetic, efficient and effective manner on behalf of the Member of Parliament. Tom devises campaigns, designs standard letters, leaflets, newsletters and surveys which have reached hundreds of thousands of people since he joined my team. Tom also managed our media persona, including our website, social media content and press relations. Tom's role involves him liaising with Cabinet Ministers as well as Chief Executives of agencies, major corporations and outside bodies.
