Pearlfinders is a business information company, which provides exclusive decision-maker insights for more than 5,000 sales and marketing professionals in a variety of industries.Main tasks:• Edited IT, Finance and HR daily products, ensuring that all reports had commercial value, were written in plain English and clearly communicated key business challenges and focuses• Clients included HP, Virgin Media, Aon Insurance, Barclays • On IT product, client new business and renewals rose by 100% during my tenure• Line Manager for a team of six researchers • Conducted workshops for researchers and sales staff on subject matter, house style, structure and tone• Gathered and utilised MI and undertook account management to see what companies and content should appear in the products for our clients• Updated website daily using Sitecore• Main contributor to monthly thought leadership trend pieces for clients across my product areas• Assisted sales and business development teams with client account management

Global Anti Money Laundering / Sanctions & Terrorist Financing (AML/STF) change programme working to implement Group led Target Operating Model (TOM) globally across RBS M&IB (Was GBM). Main tasks:• Fielded technical process and legal queries regarding legal and operational documents• Produced targeted communications for in-country executives and senior management to inform and instruct local staff• Managed the sign off process for documentation with senior in-country executives• Reported progress and flagged escalations to Global Head of AML and Chief Operating Officer of Regulatory Risk & Compliance, as well as my project team• Established and embedded a global service management governance framework to provide control and oversight• Organised and undertook bi-weekly calls with country compliance and legal teams in EMEA and APAC on change and incident management• Managed the resolution of incidents with the service provider and senior AML compliance stakeholders• Designed, created and implemented strategic Management Information (MI) to track progress• In the last 3 months of the contract I took over all project management responsibilities including project planning, people management and ownership of the project plan• 6 month contract extended to 18 months on performance
