I am a Swiss-army knife for building products, so I can always come up with a solution for your problem, if I don't have the answer there and then, I guarantee I will be able to come back with one, by the end of the day. I pride myself in being flexible with the approach to solving technical challenges. What do i mean by that? Not all projects are the same, so sometimes different approaches are required, for example, a financial company looking for performant, cost effective financial calculations is going to be a very different solution to a SME looking for a tool to manage their marketing content. I've had the privilege of working in both of these kinds of businesses, so consequentially, I've worked in large teams, small teams, and owned projects as a solo project owner. I've worked from home, in an office, and thrived in all of these environments, however, nowadays I focus on working fully remotely as it fits hand in hand with my work style and lifestyle. I've never, not delivered a project, and my employer/client not be happy with the result.Software and Business in general is all about people, so I like focus on consistent communication, building relationships, and helping others. I'm passionate about tech for good, Fintech and Blockchain just isn't for me anymore, I want to use my skills to give something back to people.I'm working on a project that specialises in helping people with neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD and Autism, this tool helps organise and manage their day-to-day lives, and as someone with ADHD I am also making it for myself, so I have a personal investment in it.
