I am an experienced intellectual property lawyer (patents, trade marks/passing off and design rights). I have substantial experience in multi-jurisdictional matters, and two of the patent cases I have worked on went to the UK Supreme Court (Conor v Angiotech and Eli Lilly v Human Genome Sciences). I am recommended by Legal 500 and IAM Patent 1000, a "Patent Star" and a "Trade Mark Star" in the Managing Intellectual Property IP Stars Handbook. I am named as an expert on the China IPR SME Helpdesk. I spent three years in Guangzhou, China, advising on enforcement of intellectual property rights in China and general commercial matters.
