Design, install, maintain, and support computer, network and telecommunications systems for small businesses, not-for-profit organizations and local government agencies. Assist clients in selecting, implementing and configuring in-house and hosted (cloud) services. Provide documentation and training in typical use as well as disaster recovery operations, including scenarios involving multiple points of failure. Insure compliance with federal and state regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and the SEC. Implement, operate and maintain VPN technology for telecommuting, remote offices, and system monitoring and maintenance. Develop multiuser databases in a variety of applications.

Developed integrated MS DOS, Macintosh, and DEC VAX computer systems for in-house and client government agencies. Developed system specification for multi user secure real time database on LANs and WANs of MS DOS and DEC VAX computers IAW DoD STD 7935.1A. Used and developed various statistical software packages to determine and illustrate correlations between Military Manpower, Personnel and Training (MP&T) factors and the Availability of Naval Surface Weapons Systems.

Administered a contract with the Navy's Type I Calibration Laboratory (NPSDE) for computer, technical and administrative support. Managed a workload scheduling and accounting Management Information System, and administered the laboratory's MEASURE Program. Developed various Automatic Calibration Systems.

Engineering

Attended extensions for multiple Colleges & Universities while serving on active duty in the US Navy, and shortly thereafter. I did not.
