Handling roughly 4500 claims a year, I file each claim, reconcile the reimbursement, credit the repair order and invoice it to accounting. In addition I also register new equipment sales, input TPP extended warranty contracts, track RGA part returns and scan batch and index all copies to have internal hard copies on file. I trouble shoot failures for branch locations across 4 states and assist mobile technicians that operate at Golf Courses and municipalities across NC, SC, VA and TN.
