Ensure all internal and externally mandated requirements related to purchasing standards, building codes, specifications and production quality are met.Walk and inspect at least twenty five (25%) percent of all monthly closings to ensure adherence to internal quality standards; routinely inspect construction sites for quality.Monitor market for competitive information and product innovation opportunities.Provide performance feedback as needed; ensure performance related issues in the operations are addressed quickly and reach resolution; evaluate performance objectively with a results oriented focus.
