I refined a lot of my skills in handling clients and their expectations here. It has been a good learning process in handing different processes and meeting deadlines. My time here has helped me able to maintain good customer relations and interpersonal skills. I have managed to maintain a good composure in high pressure scenarios and ensure issues are resolved and the company maintains a good reputation to the client. I pride myself on the good customer service that I uphold to the clients that I am responsible for. I have improved my skills in being a good team player by assisting colleagues with handling their problems and providing advice on best to solve their problems.

I have done a multitude of different tasks here. I have been mainly working with and assisting with sales, support, projects, and finance. I did a variety of regular tasks such as timesheets, procurement, CRM development, first line support and marketing. Throughout that I have learned how to deal with time pressures, out the box thinking and careful preparation. Valuable skills I have learned here are dealing with customers and suppliers, CRM and Excel proficiency and managing expectations. I have been placed in charge of procurement, development, and marketing and that has allowed me to prove myself as responsible and to allow me the power to show that I am capable in my position. My time here overall has allowed me to be flexible and understand how different roles interact with each other and allow me to be well suited to understand and compliment different roles working together on a project. I would also say my strengths in problem solving allowed me to be a crucial member of the team.
