Worked with a number of high-profile organisations in order to create interactive computer-based technical training programmes. Processing information gathered through meetings with SME's, carrying out independent research and utilising the available resources, I conducted TNA for the material and begin drafting potential ideas which fit within the scope of the project. I then storyboarded the overall concept and scripted the entire process; from the text, assessments and dialogue, up to the technical level of individual interactions and outcomes. I designed a wide variety of media; including immersive, gamified 3D/VR scenarios with storytelling and branching, and more linear, instructive pieces which require more straightforward and explanatory language. Throughout the process, I work closely with the development team to ensure that the relevant learning theories are implemented and the technical details remain coherent, as well as putting forth suggestions and concepts for the UXD, layout and interactions. Finally, I evaluated the training for its effectiveness using the relevant models and tests. I bring a lot of creativity to my work and aim to break new ground whenever the opportunity arises, as well as being inspired by others in the instructional design profession and creative/tech industries as a whole.
