Alongside my Researcher role, I assist with training and developing team members in the areas of writing, online media and communication strategies. I have also led and worked on a number of internal company projects for social media, internal comms and learning and development initiatives. I also frequently manage the Twitter profile for Engagement Excellence, the sister brand of Reward Gateway, during live seminars.
