As a Project Manager at American Tower, I managed a portfolio of hundreds of projects within the telecommunications industry. This role is center of the leasing process so I was the driving force behind these projects from start to finish. I worked with various cross-functional groups on a daily basis to push for deliverables and resolve complex issues, including our sales, legal, engineering and real estate teams. It was essential to my success that I take an analytical approach to project management. I constantly utilized reporting for project tracking, revenue forecasting, and process improvement, relying on Excel, OBIEE and Salesforce for data and case management. I also focus on providing a high quality of customer service with my work. Whether it's working with internal stakeholders to solve new challenges, leading customer conference calls, or utilizing reporting to provide a clear picture to customers, I strive to provide a positive experience for internal and external customers.
