In this role I directly oversee and manage Club Operations including Food & Beverage, Member Services Events and Golf Tournaments. Spaninh Peaks is a Private Residential, Golf and Ski Club in the Majestic Big Sky area of Montana. Having opened Bellagio as Director of Catering, I knew that I wanted to be a part of opening Wynn, Las Vegas. There I enjoyed working closely with Wynn Design & Development in designing custom equipment. Our department became the largest client of both Bernardaud and Reidel. Directly responsible for Catering, Banquet Operations, Catering Culinary and Stewarding Operations, Convention Set-Up Operation and Convention Concierge implementation.
