Reporting to the General Manager of Group Internal Communications, I lead a team of 6 in communicating operational and strategic messages to 120,000 team members across 1000 Supermarkets and 500 Fuel Sites. Responsibilities: - Ensure operational and strategic messaging is clear, concise, accurate and necessary across all our mediums. This includes managing the internal TV network where I oversee the production of scripts and videos to communicate to our team.- Manage and develop the Store Communications team to enable them to be first class communicators. - Strategic communications advisor to the Director of Buying and the Director of Meat.Outside of my direct responsibilities I have MC’d a number of events including the quarterly Woolworths Group sales announcement, monthly Supermarket town halls, and the Woolworths Charity Ball. Public speaking is a passion of mine and something I enjoy and want to continue to develop.

Previously I managed our events and executive communications team that was responsible for the content development of large leaders forums across Supermarkets and the wider Woolworths Group. This role involved working with a number of senior leaders to ensure the right messages were being delivered in line with our values and ways of working.
