- A mixed variety of work including extensions and alterations to listed buildings, bespoke new build homes to NHBC standards,residential housing developments, retail and mixed use developments, and commercial and industrial projects. - Production and submission of presentation quality planning drawings and associated documentation, including design and access, heritage and justification statements, as well as liaison with various consultants and planning officers following received pre-applicationadvice in order to gain planning approval.- Production of high quality, precise, building regulations, tender and construction drawing packages, incorporating NBS or office standard specifications and schedules, to current standards and legislation.- Contact administration on small to medium size projects, including production and issuing of minor and intermediate works contacts, and overseeing interim and final certificates under the guidance of the lead Architect.- Regular liaison with clients, offering technical knowledge, expertise and design advice, in a friendly and confident manner, to ensure the final design meets and exceeds their expectations.- Co-ordinating the project between various members of the design team, interrogation and approval of consultant’s drawings, hosting design team meetings, and regular inspections of jobs on-site with the contractor, to ensure that jobs are ran as smoothly and asefficiently as possible.- Creation of various in office standards and resources, including a new office technical resource library, office standard construction specification, BIM and AEC approved drawing templates and standards, and resource library for both AutoCAD and Revit.

- I predominantly worked on a design and build contract to produce 278 low-energy homes for the initial phase of a 30-year long project to produce 1,600 new homes, and modernising over 1,200 homes in Pendleton, Salford, Manchester. This consisted of 1 – 4 bedroom affordable and private market houses and apartment blocks, with a project value of £38m.- Production of building regulations and construction drawing packages for individual house types and apartment blocks, including detailed technical drawings and details, all to NHBC and lifetime homes standard.- Extensive use of working on Revit software as part of a small team.- I also spent some time producing technical setting out drawings and details for bathrooms and suites in a Hilton Hotel.
