Inc. Strategy, design op model, solutioning, sourcing design & contracting and negotiations, set-up (transition), working closely with BPOs such as; TCS, Capgemini, NTT, Accenture. Achievements- Business Outcomes: leading a $150m business unit to deliver it’s business plan and achieve the net profits as per budget. Ensuring that the business cost overheads are managed and future sales pipeline forefield. - Delivering Benefit Realization: achieved business cost efficiencies savings of over $55m, with firm plans in place to deliver up to ~$90m within 3 years, following further productivity gains, resulting from RPAs, etc -Transition Management: led significant transitions workstreams, moving over 1250 FTE roles to GBS over 2 year Transition - Major Projects: led and worked on numerous major projects in the energy sector, for global clients such as, BP, Shell, Lukoil, ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, and more.
