Gbs Transformation Leader
Head of Transformation – Global Business Services (GBS); Tom’s current role is the lead of a major business Transformation Programme, starting from the initiation of the strategy, Blueprint designs, development of business case and full implementation / execution. Sourcing phase & design; this programme involved Outsourcing and Transitions to Service Providers, such as: TCS, Capgemini, NTT, etc. Tom led this from the concept inception to handover. Business Improvement Programme: in leading the programme and reporting to the Executive Steering Committee, Tom was responsible for Worley’s delivery of Cost Optimizations targeting over $85m of savings. Tom was also responsible for the benefit realization and reporting to the board. Digital System Integrations & ERP enhancement Projects; as part of the GBS Transformation Programme, Tom also led a team working on new system platform builds (such as ServiceNow, RPAs, Oracle modifications, etc). Lukoil, Nassiriya, Grass roots Refinery Project. 300 kbpd Nassiriya Refinery, Strategy Project to review the FEED Package and assess the business case on behalf of the client.
