Responsibilities: Creation and delivery of Test Strategy, Test Plan and resulting Test Completion Reports that encompass System Testing and User Acceptance Testing for numerous change management projects within Underwriting, Claims, Exposure Management, Underwriting Controls, Business Intelligence and FinanceReporting progress to senior management and implementing control mechanisms, i.e. re-planning and estimation to ensure adequate deliveryResponsible for implementing end-to-end functional testing on core claims and underwriting systems to introduce improvements, upgrades and process changes.To compile and maintain test project planning documentation, as well as assisting in the peer-review of documentation compiled by Business AnalystsTo provide accurate and realistic test estimates for varying sized projectsCreation of testing scripts and management of test cases in HP Quality CentreTo work closely with underwriting teams to assist in the analysis of changes to existing applications and technologiesCareful time management and prioritisation of tasks to adhere to project SLAs and critical changesMaintain a close relationship with the Developers, Business Analysts, Project Management and Business teams in order to fully understand project scope and to deliver the key requirements as accurately as possible whilst maintaining a solid working relationship

Responsibilities:To conduct functional testing on the Trade Capture system and change management projects for OTC derivative financial instruments, namely Interest Rate, Credit, Equity, FXUnderstand how the products are valued, the product life-cycle, and scheduled trade flowsAssist in the review, analysis, and maintenance of detailed requirement documents, business requirement documents and test script writingProduce systems training documentation and procedures, as well as providing on-the-job assistance and running training sessions with team members in New York and MumbaiMaintain strong technical skills with financial systems software, and testing applications, namely:Misys SummitDerivClearCalypsoHP Quality CentreMicrosoft Office SuiteWork alongside Business Analysts and Project Managers, providing advice and support where requiredProvide daily test and defect metrics and feedback on progressTo assist in the automation of trade capture into Summit, and then a full migration to a web-based application named DerivClear, designed exclusively for JPMorgan

Responsibilities:To process the daily trading activity received from clients into the trade capture system (Misys Summit). Common trade types dealt with:Interest Rate Swap, Overnight Index Swap, Basis Swap, Currency Exchange Swap, Credit Default Swap, Credit Default Index, FX Option, Straddle Swaption, Bond OptionDaily reconciliation of trading activity to identify any potential errors or omissions before client team sign-offOn-going maintenance of trades from new deals, through all life cycle events to maturity and/or cancellationLiaise with static data teams to ensure up to date information is reflected in the systemsUpload daily reset rates into Summit having been captured from Bloomberg
