I achieved a first class honours in Business & Management (BA) at the University of the West of England. I had an amazing experience at university, where I made it onto the dean’s honours list, spent time as a student representative for my course and took on extra responsibility as a PAL leader, where I ran additional lessons for my peers. During my time at UWE, I also undertook a placement opportunity where I played a vital role within the careers team during the covid period. This lead to specific challenges around digitalising the services, running teams session, social media content and online resources for all students.After finishing university I was fortunate enough to successfully land a place on the Enterprise graduate scheme, where to date I have gained three promotions since starting in August of 2022. I am currently the assistant manager at the Newport branch, where we run the largest fleet in Wales. This role has allowed me to gain so many skills and experiences around customer service, sales experience, people management, critical thinking and more than anything the ability to learn quickly and adapt to an incredibly fast paced and evolving environment. I have worked in three different locations, where I have build strong working relationships with many colleagues and worked with a variety of customer groups. This has been invaluable in developing my people-skills and developing my understanding of how to get the most out of different team-members.
