As Little Rock city manager, responsible for supervision and oversight of all city functions including police, fire, purblic works, parks and recreation servicies, along with water and sewer utilities, housing and community developement programs and various economic development initiatives. The total annual operational budget exceeded $164M and the city employed 2,000+ employees.
