Previously the Content Coordinator for both GAME and Gamestation websites with my key responsibilities being to furnish products with images, text and videos, where possible.I have basic Photoshop and Dreamweaver knowledge and enjoy reverse engineering HTML code so that I can give product pages more style, instead of standard copy.In my time at GAME and Gamestation I have written many articles to a high standard and attended multiple events where i have represented the company well and provided write up in a quick and timely manner, someimes working through the night to ensure the deadline was met.I enjoy seeing immediate results for the work that I produce, be it a fully furnished product page or a coded article that attracts readers.

As a Customer Service Advisor I would take calls from customers and answer a variety of emails that ranged from product queries to order issues.I would also help to clear down refund requests and process payment authorization.Another duty, although unofficially, was the go to guy for gaming and technical support for a broad range of consoles and games.

As assistant manager I was tasked with running the store when the manager was not in or occupied with other tasks. In November 2006 my current manager left the company and I was tasked running the store during Christmas and at the Xbox 360 console launch.My duties included, managing the staff effectively, completing tasks sent from Head Office, cash up the tills, complete and book in deliveries and serve customers with a high level of product knowledge.
