• Designed and implemented their Data Privacy project which greatly reduced Cargill’s risk gap of workers untrained in data privacy, as well as providing detailed and actionable metrics, which quantified and reduced the risk to Cargill by properly training 10,000’s of additional workers.• Developed guidelines for repeated tasks of processing risk assessment data. This has led to accurate identification of risk in malware and vulnerability security and has led to a more timely response, a reduction to exposed risk, and better SOX data compliance.• Replaced manual data manipulation with automated and repeatable processes to improve the accuracy, speed, and usability of enterprise data for Risk Management, which have reduced Cargill’s risk while providing accurate data sets and reducing processing time by over 95%.• Implemented enhancements to many of Archer’s Applications – improving workflows and enterprise usage of the applications, providing for thousands of exceptions to be handled accurately according to policies and reducing overhead by 75% by merging multiple exception workflows into one system.• Received 2 Cargill recognition awards (COIN) in Information Security in less than 2 years for the successful architecture, design and implementation of Archer projects in Cargill Food Safety and migration of environments to the current Archer platform.

• Centralized 1,000's of 3rd Party assessments from dozens of analysts completed in the field. Replaced manual Excel spreadsheets with a real-time enterprise database system providing capabilities of centralized emails, peer reviews of assessments and highly-managed workflows. Developed from scratch to replace 100’s of existing manually-implemented business rules and processes. Saved 1,000’s of man hours per year and reduced the average workflow from 1 month to 1 week.• Successfully led the development to design, prototype, develop, and implement the initial roll-out ahead of schedule and under budget.• Designed automated audit tracking to shorten audits with metrics and extensive tracking information. It reduced data error risks by implementing 100’s of validations and rule-based issue tracking.
