Tom Davis joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Services Center in 2019 and currently serves as a Procurement Analyst on the Cummins account. I spent over two years as a Senior Facilities Coordinator for the Regus/IWG account. Responsible for the document management of NDA, COI, W9, Business Classification and Vendor Letter forms.•Lead training seminars on how to onboard new and current suppliers in the Service Edge platform, providing training and support when needed.•Ensure the effective management of the sourcing process in accordance with the IFM procurement standard.•Facilitate a folder that is future-proofed and supports initiatives such as savings, compliance, contracts, governance-related activities.•Collaborate closely with suppliers, account teams, finance, and Facilities Management.Please see my Sr. Facilities Coordinator experience below:•Responsible for more than 20,000 work orders in a variety of facility issues ranging from HVAC repair to disaster recovery as a member of the Regus Facilities Team.•Reviewed and approved over 3,500 invoice and proposals from onboarded vendors in ServiceChannel.•Assisted in the completion of the IWG VKI coffee machine project.•Brought on to assist with high-volume rent relief negotiations for some of C&W’s largest retail clients during the COVID-19 pandemic; over the span of seven weeks, successfully negotiated relief across 32 locations for more than $500,000 in rent relief.•Assisted the C&W’s Rent Abatement/Deferment Negotiation Team in achieving more than $10 million in savings for our clients.•Spent time with the National Vision account assisting with work orders and achieved a perfect client satisfaction survey of 100%.•Lead a training seminar about how to read project management documents in the North American Design program Tom has been responsible for more than 20,000 work orders in a variety of facility issues ranging from HVAC repair to disaster recovery.
