Reporting to the Head of IT Delivery, led team responsible for delivering portfolio of 40 core business transformation and 60 technology projects primarily focused on the launch of 4G to the entire UK market. Performed day-to-day C-suite team management and alignment to execute all necessary enterprise wide business and operational support system (BSS/OSS) changes as well as changes to all business divisions (consumer, small business, corporate) and all go to market channels (retail, web, mobile and telesales). The launch effort required the cultural transformation of 2 different delivery cultures (T-Mobile/Deutsche Telekom vs Orange/France Telecom), the integration and mobilization of 14k employees, and a comprehensive enterprise rebranding effort including 700 UK retail locations.

Migrated 3000 global banking and financial markets clients to new MPLS networks and infrastructure. Responsible for providing leadership to a 500 person globally distributed team with five regional managers as direct reports, overseeing delivery across North America, Europe, APAC, LATAM, and the Nordic Nations.
