Farm Market Express partners with local food growers, producers and artisans to deliver the freshest foods to our customers' doors. As the Founder and President of this start up venture, I was responsible for developing and maintaining the supply chain, creating the logistics for customer deliveries, effectively handling highly perishable products, building a process for picking and packing, establishing routes to maximize efficiencies, marketing and assuring the highest levels of customer service. I’m also the website administrator responsible for uploading/editing categories and products.

TL Deitch, Inc. is an independent contractor with FedEx Ground. It is our responsibility to own, operate and manage the trucks and personnel to pick up and deliver the daily packages in Central Pennsylvania. The areas we are responsible for are the entire Lebanon County, Cumberland County as well as parts of Adams, Perry and York Counties.During my tenure as an Independent Contractor with FedEx Ground, I grew my business from one delivery van to a multi-million dollar organization to include 27 trucks (including tractor/trailers) and 25 employees. My responsibilities were hiring and terminating employees, safety training, coaching and mentoring employees, route management, fleet management, collaborating with sales teams and customers to optimize the customer experience, accounts receivables/payables, budgeting and human resources. I always had to maintain flexibility to be able to handle any situation in this very fast paced environment, which may have come up on any given day. I ran this business until I sold it on December 31, 2015.
