My background is mainly in retail, however this has allowed me to do a number of other things such as running the stores social media pages, work with a diverse range of people and teams, build up my customer service skills and so much more. Alongside working in retail, I have my own blog as well as writing posts and articles for LinkUpTV - a big name in the UK if you’re into music. This is the sort of thing I am looking to end up doing more of as writing/social media are my strong points and my passion so the opportunity to make a living doing these things that I love would be a dream for me.I am good at communicating, I deliver great customer service and I am great at building up relationships with customers. Alongside these qualities, I am hard working and when I put my mind to something, I make sure it gets done.I began my role at Marks and Spencer’s as a Christmas temp but over the course of 4/5 years, I have stepped my way up to the role of Team Support Manager with the full support of my managers and colleagues.At sixth form I studied BTEC Business and Law and finished with a ‘Merit/Merit’ which turned out to be one of the top grades of my year group - one of the things I am most proud of.As a person I would say I am a very upbeat and happy type of guy, always looking at the positives and finding ways to turn negatives into something positive. I am friendly and easy to talk to and my friends and even my colleagues would vouch for that too.
