I was given an exceptional opportunity to be a project manager for Enersul’s flagship GXM1 unit, supplying 2 granulation plants for Qatar Gas expansion project. With all of my previous job functions, it made me a very informed and technically savvy project manager. Having a thorough understanding of our equipment and its process technology, I was able to effectively deliver the project on time and well under budget. In this role, I looked after the project schedule, distribute project activities to all departments, review and approve Engineering design basis, review and approve various engineering documents and drawings, approve procurement packages, attend overseas meeting with the client for 3D model design review, and Hazop studies.

Duties include but are not limited to:•Provide technical support and interface between the project team and client’s project engineer.•Approve technical document such as Design Concession Requests, mechanical equipment datasheets, and other project deliverable documents.•Interface with internal design team to ensure timely flow of project PFDs, PIDs, and design drawings.•Interface with mechanical package manager team as well as Process engineers to address technical issues arising from client's review of project technical documents.PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:•2012 Al Hosn - Shah Sulphur Station and Pipeline Project.
