Having previously worked in different roles across the public sector and VCS housing I have developed significant experience of working across corporate and frontline services to identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and development. My specific experience includes developing and implementing service performance management arrangements, business planning and strategy, research (including ethnographic research) and business intelligence, service design, service redesign using lean and BPR techniques, project management (Prince2) and Programme Management. I also have experience of leading on procurement exercises and commissioning. From previous roles I have significant experience of local government governance arrangements.I currently manage a service made up of a Business Design Team, Business Performance Team, Transformation Programme Office and a specialist in Business Planning and setting up Social Enterprises.
