- Created a five tiered business process model, identifying the client’s business processes that support measurement of electric usage. The model provides a functional decomposition describing what is needed to provide accurate measurement, encompassing the operational metering activities, while focusing on change management with the implementation of a new AMI system.- Developed a UAT Test Plan to ensure that the AMI system satisfies the needs of the business as specified in the functional requirements. The plan was designed to identify and expose defects and associated risks, communicate all known issues to the project team, and ensure that all issues are addressed in an appropriate manner prior to implementation.
