• Worked on the Plymouth University’s 2015 undergraduate prospectus and the University’s 2014 postgraduate prospectus.• Contacted stakeholders to collect content for these publications through email, telephone and in person. It was also important for me to communicate with my team and the designers in order to ensure the project deadlines were met. • Booked multiple photographers and scheduled participants at appropriate venues and times. In addition I managed my workload while being involved in a number of sub-projects, where I was responsible for meeting deadlines.• Learned how to use the University’s web content management system, and created/updated web pages.• Regularly used the University’s CRM system to support the different admissions departments.• Conducted market research by writing an online survey to find out opinions of four potential cover designs for the 2014 postgraduate prospectus. Following this, I produced a report to analyse the findings so we could decide on the final design.• Ensured accuracy of final copy through proofreading prospectuses and other print material.• Involved in creating a Facebook marketing campaign for a postgraduate programme.

• Responsible for processing and making offers to applicants using the University's CRM system.
