With over 30 years' experience working with some of the biggest names in the sector, we design, develop and sustain brands to attract and engage with audiences across the country.Working across a number of key clients in the company's portfolio, as a senior member of the team, my day-to-day responsibilities include campaign strategy, client management, budget forecasting, creative direction, copywriting - and much more besides.

As a senior member of the strategy and account management team, I worked across a number of the agency’s high profile clients, including a nine month-long secondment to Sonia Friedman Productions as their marketing lead.The core focus of the department is to translate client briefs into action across the organisation, effectively managing both suppliers and teams, to deliver sales and visits. Working on critically-acclaimed limited-run plays, transfers of smash-hit Broadway musicals and crossover hits, beyond account strategy and campaign development, I took charge of creative, copy and content for all my clients. Beyond the day to day, I held a senior position within the Culture Committee, a taskforce dedicated to discovering ways in which the working lives of our colleagues might be improved. I was also the creator and organiser of Overheard in the Office, the biannual open mic night, cited as a key factor in AKA’s place on the Sunday Times’ list of best organisations to work for.

With a passion for creating quality theatre and providing a customer experience that is second to none, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres is one of the largest theatre groups, looking after eight of the most beautiful theatres in the heart of London’s West End.The Marketing Manager is responsible for the maximisation of sales via DMT-owned channels for all shows across all eight of the company’s venues, as well as supporting the marketing campaigns for internal and external producers. The principles of the work are to help our clients speak to the largest possible audiences, and convert potential prospects into long-term audiences. The main focus of the role of Senior Account Executive is to support and manage marketing campaigns across a huge array of theatre productions, museums and live attractions, with key clients including the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Donmar Warehouse and Fleabag.Other responsibilities include:- Brief, implement, manage and analyse the marketing campaigns via multiple channels, including above the line traditional media (Print, OOH, Broadcast), digital platforms (Paid Social, Digital Display, Google Products) and other activations (Specialist Marketing, Experiential Activity). - Develop excellent relationships with clients, key suppliers and industry peers across all communications, and attend industry events such as trade shows, gala performances and press nights. - Be the central point of contact for external organisations, including PR agencies, video content teams and venue or theatre management to ensure clear and effective communication at all times.- Prepare and organise the agendas, meeting notes and required analysis for producer and client meetings, including sales reports, display books and analysis.- Brief, write copy and proof collateral for all aspects of marketing campaign, including posters, video content, social content, leaflets and any other activity.

The Skipton branch is has been consistently recognised and rewarded for its successes across the years. The role of Optical Assistant is focused on ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly for the patients and opticians, all while providing the best in customer service. Other responsibilities include:- Maximise sales and revenue for the store, whilst also ensuring that the patients get the products that are the best for them.- Support patients through their contact lens journey with teaching, demonstrations and expert aftercare. - Liaise with local press to secure coverage around key store moments.- Manage and administer outreach programmes for schools across the region. - Plan, devise and deliver training activities for team members across the store on a variety of topics.

The University of Sheffield partnered with world-renowned theatre company Forced Entertainment to deliver weekly theatre workshops to primary schools in and around Sheffield.Working with Terry O’Connor and a number of schools across the city, the workshops were focused on storytelling and relationship building, culminating in performances and sharing administrated by the team.Other responsibilities included:- Devise workshop plans in collaboration with Terry and other team members.- Deliver workshops to groups of various sizes and ages, adapting these as necessary. - Provide technical support for sharing and performances, including audio and video capture, editing and lighting.
