Tech Rep Level 2
CurrentRemotely support a national network of telecom Field Techs over the phone.• Knowledge of multiple PBX platforms required: Avaya, Nortel, NEC, Executone, Vertical Networks, Mitel, Panasonic, Toshiba, Shortel, and/or Other prominent Key Systems experience required.• Communicate directly with customers (corporate & store level) to assist in solving on-site issues• Remotely accessing customers’ networks to respond to work requests• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues pertaining to: voice, network or data installation• Assessing customer network problems and determining scopes of work to remediate on-site issues• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the extended Tech Support team as needed• Other duties as requested, delegated or assigned.
