I headed up the new business implementation team, responsible for national accounts and large on-site users of 50 or more temporary and permanent personnel throughout the UK. These included 2 multi-national catering and utilities management companies providing catering staff to army bases and supermarket café's, a security company, a logistics supply.

Initial PersonnelIn my role as account manager for Initial Personnel (latterly Aptus Personnel), I was responsible for overall management of 2 large on-site users of temporary personnel involved in the food production industry. One providing a complete quality and audited service to a large vegetable grower and a producer of cooked pasta and salad products.

Providing a prompt and reliable service to farmers throughout the UK. Involved in various aspects of the agricultural industry from harvest management to sheep shearing.
