On Active Duty - Pearl Harbor

Mr. Edwards was an officer in the United States Navy Reserve. He was recalled to active duty to serve during Operation Enduring Freedom. While serving in this capacity he developed the pavement design and reconstruction plans for the airport runway in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
