Tom has been recruited by Redfin as a real estate agent to help people buy and sell real estate in the Lakes and Mountains Region of New Hampshire, with a specialty in Newfound Lake.Tom has been visiting Newfound Lake and the surrounding mountains since he was a child at his parents cottage on Whittemore Point in Bridgewater, enjoying the swimming, boating, hiking, skiing and all the area has to offer. Several years ago he happily purchased a vacation home of his own on Newfound Lake. He and his family found themselves spending more and more time here and a few years later they made the move here full time.Living full time here has allowed Tom to combine three of his passions into his career: real estate, sales performance, and the Lakes and Mountains Region of New Hampshire.Tom has personally bought and sold multiple single family homes, condos and vacation homes across the country over the past twenty years. He currently has investment property on Whittemore Point and luxury rental properties in Newton, Massachusetts.Tom has had the opportunity to learn and teach customer focused selling in the Biopharmaceutical industry over the past thirty years. He has been responsible for top tier customer service for companies such as Eli Lilly, Genentech and Genzyme. He has successfully serviced his customers and has been recognized throughout his career for exemplary sales performance. Lastly, the Lakes and Mountains Region offer an endless amount of beauty, peacefulness and tranquility, while at the same time, adventure, recreation and challenge.
