Directed the Global Security Department, which included developing crisis response plans throughout the world, implementing corporate wide physical security programs and standards to protect employees and assets, and managing confidential investigations. Developed “best practice” initiatives that improved service and reduced cost. Managed an operating budget of $2MM and directed a staff of thirty-five employees.
