Tom joined Thomas Cole Kinder in 2018 as an Associate before being promoted to Senior Associate in 2022 and into his current role in 2024. He has worked on a wide range of executive search mandates and has experience of both mainstream and alternative asset classes. He has developed a track record of reliably completing challenging mandates at Associate and Director level across property companies, fund managers and private equity clients with a particular focus on development, asset management, leasing and investment.
