Since March of 2007 the majority of my experience has involved Large Diameter Pipeline assessment projects of both Galvanic, and impressed current systems throughout the United States.I have performed multiple Corrosivity study's, which have included electromagnetic (Emag) conductivity surveys, as well as the Wenner 4-pin testing method.My pipeline experience has included internal and external inspections of multiple pipeline types, including Asbestos-cement Pressure, Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder, Steel with Cement Mortar Coated, and Reinforced Concrete Pipelines.Testing procedures have included Soil Corrosivity Evaluations, Electrical Continuity Testing, Pipe To Soil Potential Survey's, Ultrosinic Thickness (UT) testing, Rectifier trouble shooting and repair, current requirement testing, Close Interval Surveys, Isolation Tests, visual tests of both internal, and external structures, and Isopleth testing on exposed underground cement mortar coated Steel pipelines.I am have performed, and am very experienced with the installation/repair of both Galvanic, and impressed Current Cathodic Protection systems. Installations have include Cathodic Protection Test Stations, installation/repair of bond straps to ensure adequate current flow, Anode installations, Rectifier installations, and have performed multiple fiber optic cable installations, for the use of acoustic monitoring of large diameter pipelines. I am experience with both Cad Welding, and Pin Brazing methods.
