As CTO at Ntegrus Solutions, I lead the development, installation, and support teams and am responsible for identifying the overall technologies used by Ntegrus. Ntegrus Solutions serves as an incubator for a number of new business solutions. The team at Ntegrus has extensive software and business leadership startup experience. They have already started several businesses that have gone from cradle to sale, some for as high as 8 figures. The Ntegrus management team will identify business challenges that they feel they can provide a solid business solution for. Once identified, they will work with industry experts to help perfect their business solutions. They use their shared resource pool to provide the varied expertise required throughout the life of a new product or service. In certain instances, Ntegrus will determine that the required product or service could be made into a true industry wide solution. Once that decision is reached, Ntegrus will make arrangements to take control of the solution and turning it into a full fledged product or a new line of business. Ntegrus is involved in three initiatives today. They represent a diversity of industries but all have capitalized on the extensive front end web development expertise, years of high volume, mission critical transaction back office experience, and benefit from the overall management skills of the executive team. Three current initiatives that we are currently managing are: 1.) GO4PAYMENTS 2.) PR MediaRelease 3.) PatientlySpeaking.

As CTO, I am responsible for the overall technology direction of the company. While helping a merchant services client develop an internal solution for managing their business, the team at Ntegrus recognized there was a true need for an end-to-end industry solution. The solution would allow the MSO to control their back office and give them a powerful front end Merchant Portal. The Merchant Portal would enable them to better communicate with their Merchants, providing the Merchant with quicker access to financial info on their business as well as providing the MSO with a unique opportunity to promote additional new services.

As Managing Member I have the responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations and technological direction of the company and its main services.Working for a group of state press associations (member led organizations formed to help promote and serve the common needs of news outlets throughout their respective states), the team at Ntegrus was able to develop an online portal for the submission of news and press releases. The site was deployed and is now serving to allow the public to submit press releases to the media across the country. A new company, PressFuture LLC, was formed and the service, PRMediaRelease.com was established.

PatientlySpeaking is a service that has been providing advanced communication capabilities for doctor practices and medical billing companies across the country. The initiative is based upon combining the unique advantages of VoIP communications along with the expanding capabilities of SMS texting. Over the life of this initiative, the team had the opportunity to work closely both individual practices as well as medical billing companies. As a result of that experience, they have perfected 4 unique ways for practices to communicate with their patients in a cost effective and highly successful manner. The results – increased revenue, improved cash-flow and enhanced patient satisfaction.
