Leading a small team in growth within the sportswear industry through penetrating new markets as UK manufacturers.Inheriting an established presence in the cricket teamwear market, we have continued to demonstrate ourselves as industry leading teamwear providers within the industry. Most recently, I have introduced CRM systems to streamline the sales process and gained the company ICC (International Cricket Council) accreditation.However, our recent triumphs have been our rapid growth across the whole sportswear market as we make our mark in Netball, Football, Hockey and Rugby. The pinnacle of this was witnessing our kit worn and played in at Wembley Stadium for the 2023 FA vase final.Currently, the continued balance growth across all sports is allowing our focus to shift to the multi-sportwear industry as we look to partner with Schools, Colleges and Universities to provide stress-free personalised teamwear through UK manufacturing.

Transitioning from an account management role, I embraced the challenge of spearheading growth by strategically targeting new sports clubs through proactive engagement and putting the customer and/or organisations requirements first.This was whilst I maintained the management of my larger previously established school and sport accounts, including national and international bodies, and have continued to successfully balance the two whilst attracting new clients.
