I have been a litigator for 25 years, and in that time have developed excellent skills at advocating before courts and juries. I have educated future attorneys in advocacy skills as an adjunct faculty member at Marquette University Law School, and have prevailed in many complex motions, trials, and appeals before many different tribunals, ranging from simple and complex civil disputes to criminal felonies, up to and including homicides. I believe that my reputation, among my peers and opposing counsels, as well as among the various courts before which I appear, is of high quality and I believe myself to be well respected by those who know me. I also have been appointed as a Supplemental Circuit Court Commissioner in Waukesha County. I currently am employed as a sole practitioner, focusing primarily on criminal litigation.
