Formerly IBM Deputy PM for 60-person federal big data software/hardware implementation. Formerly the IBM Country Lead in Afghanistan for 22 person DoD contract. Typically leads multiple engagements focused on data analytics, performance improvement, portfolio management, business process reengineering, change management, strategic planning, training development and delivery. Experience evenly split between the defense and national intelligence sectors with other significant work advising in public sector organizations and law enforcement.
