The Agile PMO working with Product Management, Engineering and Executive Leadership defined process and established the “health of the backlog “ and other KPI's aligning all parties on the scope.

Provided direction to the Information Technology organization for managing and maintaining systems for internal operations.

Directed a forty person organization consisting of four separate quality assurance teams and an outsourced partner.

Directed a sixty-five person organization consisting of a 3 tier technical support center, a hardware services help desk, and customer care organization (pre-sales), establishing consistent service delivery and increased customer satisfaction.

Managed a seventy-five person organization with four separate groups responsible for compatibility, regulatory, environmental and network testing of SCI and non-SCI designed personal computer systems. Successfully tested and released 4 separate computer designs.
