– Manage private equity and hedge fund price performance database for private bank– Facilitate private market subscriptions, distributions, capital calls and withdrawals– Facilitate fee payment for institutional SMA managers– Perform valuation for hard-to-value assets including small banks, manufacturers, real estate and mineral holding companies and private equity fundso Determine appropriate valuation method for asset class utilizing industry comparables, income or net asset value approacheso Prepare financials, apply discounts for lack of marketability and control, and attend investor meetings when appropriate– Manage outsourcing contract arrangement for all mineral interests held in Trust– Provide fiduciary oversight for mineral accounts– Process and track mineral transactions and provide consultation for mineral sale prospects– Facilitate receipt and distribution of mineral and closely held interests– Perform annual reviews for oil and gas, and closely held interests– Assist in mineral title curative efforts, research, document preparation and reporting– Regularly review and revise departmental procedures– Identify and mitigate current and emerging risks
