• Responsible for the efficiency, quality and professionalism of 1,300 field personnel including Directors, Managers, new car and used vehicle inspectors and wholesale floor plan auditors completing over 2.5m mobile and auction inspections and wholesale floor plan audits generating over $100m Annual Revenue• Provide daily support, guidance and direction to 2 Vice Presidents and 12 Regional Directors within 2 major operational verticals, Mobile Vertical and Auction Vertical• Engage with Sales, IT and Finance groups to ensure all operations are meeting customer’s expectations, corporate objectives and financial goals• Changed the operational structure within AiM to manage more by vertical – built the new Auction Vertical and grew the employee base to 750 personnel• Work with the executive management team on managing and ensuring we are on track to hit all corporate objectives • Oversee the Dispatch Group and Call Center activities to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction• Successfully launched and manage the AiM Quality Department to ensure all inspectors are properly trained and certified and conform to all customer and AiM inspection requirements

• Launched AiM in November 2005 and quickly started to assemble a national footprint of managers and inspectors • Worked with IT to help design and launch the used vehicle inspection platform (Inspex) to support the NMAC used vehicle inspection portfolio • Aggressively pursued new customers to gain market share and increase sales• Created new technology services to support the needs of our customers and their portfolios• Effectively managed the company through one of the worst auto industry downturns – came out of it as the dominant vehicle inspection company• Designed and developed on-line training modules to support the training and certification of all AiM inspectors• Created operational reports to monitor and manage the day to day operations by customer and by inspector

Responsibilities included maximizing recovery values, effectively manage turn rates and inventory control, increase customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and owner retention through our EOT vehicle inspection process along with continuous remarketing improvements• Managed the vehicle inspection process, responsible for the inspection vendor performance and efficiencies through continuous reporting and analysis• Effectively managed the inventory by creating improved transportation logistics process to get inventory to the auctions quickly and efficiently• Improved customer satisfaction, owner loyalty and retention by engaging with NMAC Dallas as well as the Nissan Dealer Body to ensure the lease end of term process was quick and efficient. Helped increase home inspections and helped incorporate a pro-active marketing approach for LCN activities
