Led the creative as ECD for the 2020 Census. It was startup environment to build a trusted national brand and motivate everyone living in the U.S. to take the 2020 Census. I hired a creative and design team in NY and oversaw all creative from a digital agency in DC as well as 6 different multicultural agencies across the country. I led creative workshops with over 25 clients new to the process. Oversaw creative and collaborated with cross functional teams for partnership program support, statistics in schools, data science, PR and crisis communications. Together we produced over 1000 ads in 24 languages. When COVID hit we needed to react immediately, turning out messaging within days or sometimes hours.

Started as a Group Creative Director running Southwest Airlines. I pitched and ran the creative for many different accounts including Texas Lottery, Popeye's chicken, Doubletree Hotels, PGA Tour, Charles Schwab, Men's Journal, John Deere, Dial Soap, Northwestern Mutual, and U.S. Air Force.
