Once you have secured the tender information from your client, simply forward over to us. We will review the tender information and either give you a lump sum price to complete the tender for your client or agree an hourly fee to complete the tender for you. Whichever approach you wish to take, is up to you. Once the tender is complete, we will send it back to you, to submit to your client or we can submit to your client, on your behalf.In addition to tendering, we also provide a follow-on service, for once you have secured the project. We will formulate a valuation template, specific to the development in question, and if required, go to site each month to value the works complete.
