Its two main directors, Tom Grace of Emerald Build Ltd and Brendan Towey of Bellaghy Developments Ltd joined forced to bring together over 40 years of combined construction experience. With Brendan’s hands on construction experience and Tom’s quantity surveying experience, they bring to the market a very experienced and valued approach to residential development.
