- Played a key role in the cross-functional team that led the launch of Kite’s industry-leading CAR T Cell Therapy Franchise in Europe- Strong academic background, with a first-class honours degree and doctorate (D.Phil) from the University of Oxford- Over 15 years’ experience in Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, in global and regional commercial roles - Collaboration and coordination skills: high level of comfort and experience working with multiple stakeholders and in driving decision making in a cross-functional leadership team (including commercial, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, legal)- Project execution skills: extensive experience of leading projects that have a high impact on the business, from scoping through to implementation phase- Strategic and analytical thinking: expertise in integrating a diverse range of information to develop insights and inform commercial strategy, with extensive involvement in development of strategic plans and presentations.- Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence thinking through regular presentations of insights and recommendations to a wide audience and to senior leaders (including CEO)- Oncology therapy area knowledge: deep knowledge of the oncology therapy area, with over 15 years’ experience in Oncology and a strong understanding across a number of tumour types and haematological malignancies
