Providing Opportunities Through Education to Reunite Families . . ."Tom ensures that quality services are available for families in high conflict in the form of parenting, co-parenting, and prevention/intervention education for at-risk youth. Mr. Grayson's, life skills-based approach to education and conflict resolution ensures that the entire family receives education and information that helps them to choose positive solutions that lead to a better and brighter future. Mr. Grayson provides fathers and father figures with the Men, Infant, and Children – MIC Male Parenting and Life Skills Program, which he developed, based on the philosophy, when a man has a chance to learn how to fix his broken heart, he can then open his heart to what it takes to transition from manhood to fatherhood, and have a positive impact on his children and his family.As a consultant, Mr. Grayson has introduced the popular Male Involvement Male Ambassador Program developed for KidZCommunity: PCAC-Head Start/Early Head Start in Placer and Nevada Counties in California, Region 9 and the Nation. Tom Grayson has provided inspiring workshops regarding programs services for Head Start fathers for the past 22 years at or the California Head Start Association annual conference, the 2012 National Head Start Conference, and spoke at the 14th Annual International Fatherhood Conference in Florida where he addressed the subject of meaningful male parenting services...Mr. Grayson is a motivation speaker, program developer and trainer of programs developed for men, families, and youth - nationally and internationally.
